CITY OF SAN FERNANDO — All flights in Clark International Airport were canceled following a magnitude 6.1 tremor that jolted parts of Luzon on Monday afternoon.

SEVEN GROUPS, including large Chinese companies, have submitted offers to design and build a passenger terminal that would triple existing capacity at Clark International Airport, which is being positioned as an alternative to Manila’s Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).
